Communications and Social Media Specialist - Fine Fragrance SAMEA

As we expand our Fine Fragrance Marketing and Communication team were looking for a Communications and Social Media Specialist to improve Givaudans presence across South Asia the Middle East and Africa (SAMEA). In this dynamic role youll collaborate with Marketing Perfumers Sales Evaluation and Global Communication teams to develop strategic storytelling shape our brand voice and engage luxury audiences both internally and externally.

Your role

You will help amplify Givaudans image through culturally relevant visually striking and emotionally resonant content. From concept to execution youll lead digital storytelling efforts across social platforms and support regional programs that celebrate creativity innovation and olfactive artistry.

This is a unique opportunity to bridge Givaudans fragrance heritage with the modern influencer-led luxury landscape of SAMEAbringing scent to life.

You will work from in Dubai and will report to the Marketing & Communication Director.

In this exciting role you will:

Social Media Communication and PR

• Develop and implement social media campaigns that highlight our perfumers creations innovations and events.
• Create high-quality engaging content for Instagram LinkedIn TikTok and Snapchat (posts reels stories videos).
• Support and coordinate with the Global Scent Communications team to localize and amplify global campaigns.
• Build relationships with regional influencers and KOLs in the luxury lifestyle and beauty sectors.
• Monitor trends and performance metrics; improve content and channel strategy.

Internal Communication & Creative Support

• Develop visually appealing internal newsletters announcements success stories and event recaps.
• Support internal engagement plans

Content Creation & Editing

• Script storyboard and produce videos and short-form social content.
• Ensure brand consistency and tone across all communications.
• Manage the editing and localization of posts and video content to suit the cultural nuances of SAMEA.

Event & Campaign Activation

• Partner with Marketing teams to support trade fairs launches and client experiences.
• Provide pre- during- and post-event social media coverage and content creation.
• Evaluate campaign and event success with Goals and analytics.

Your professional profile includes:

• Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Media or related field.
• 35 years of experience in communications in luxury fragrance beauty or lifestyle sectors.
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Storytelling and content creation skillsespecially for digital platforms.
• Advanced skills in photo/video editing tools (Adobe Suite Canva CapCut).
• Work in a multicultural environment.
• Visual aesthetic aligned with luxury communication standards.
