Manage incoming customer calls, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Handle customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp CRM.
Effectively address and resolve customer complaints.
Initiate outbound calls as needed to follow up on customer complaints.
Accurately document all call details following standard operating procedures (SOP).
Provide daily reports to supervisors or department heads regarding unresolved complaints.
Process daily payments for unsuccessful transactions.
