- Experience working directly with IT and business users.
- Ability to present solutions to technical and non-technical individuals.
- Business and customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI & Web Analytics tools for creating and maintaining dashboards.
- Experience in web application development is a plus.
- Familiarity with the ITIL Framework is a plus.
