Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as an IT Technical Engineer or similar role (2 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows Linux) and network protocols.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
