- Responsible for the administration of computer systems hardware, software, information systems & peripheral equipment such as servers, desktops, printers, and storage devices.
- Maintain, install, upgrade, and configure data systems and Audio/Video devices.
- Administer operating systems and maintain basic security and recovery procedures such as scheduling and backups.
- Analyzing problems and develop possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills.
- Assist customers with various IT related issues including software, hardware, and connectivity.
- Manage multiple IT vendors to ensure completion of IT projects in a timely manner.
- At times perform tasks outside of IT to ensure the mission is successful.
