IT Support Administrator

Dream Communication System LLC, a leading IT solutions provider in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an IT Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. As an IT Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and providing technical assistance to our employees.

IT Support Executive:-

Position requires a dynamic and result orientated professional with at least 2 to 5 years proven experience in the field of information technology. The candidate must be proficient in English and must have strong communication skills.

The candidate should be able to demonstrate hands-on experience in the following areas:

• PC, Server hardware / software installation & troubleshooting.

• Routers / Firewalls / Switch / VPN configuration and troubleshooting

• Microsoft Office365

• Good hands on ORION software

• Endpoint & Email Security

• Backup and Disaster Recovery

• Knowledge of IP telephony and Access Control systems will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:-

Documentation & Reporting

• Through and complete support on inhouse ERP Software (ORION)

• Web support & social media handle

• Basic accounting knowledge.

• Maintain logs of issues, solutions, and system changes

• Create user guides and technical documentation

• Track IT assets and software licenses

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

• Provide support via phone, email, chat, or in person

• Use remote desktop tools to assist users off-site

System & Network Maintenance

• Install and configure operating systems, software, and hardware

• Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks

• Apply updates, patches, and security fixes

• Perform regular data backups and recovery tests

Security & Access Management

• Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords

• Ensure antivirus and firewall systems are up to date

• Monitor for suspicious activity and assist with incident response

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain logs of issues, solutions, and system changes

• Create user guides and technical documentation

• Track IT assets and software licenses
