IT Specialist - Demand Planning

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or Equivalent Experience
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience. 3 years in Demand Planning.
• Experience with Demand planning solutions – Oracle and/or Outperform is a plus
• Experience with integration using Boomi solution is a plus

Skills And Abilities

• Good understanding of supply chain processes and demand forecasting principles in retail and distribution
• Familiarity with ERP systems and integration processes
• Drive to meet and exceed goals and standards of excellence; ability to take prompt actions to achieve goals
• Ability to approach data and situations logically, to break down problems into their component parts and look for underlying causes or thinking through the consequences of different courses of action
• Ability to plan and prioritize work to manage time effectively and accomplish assigned tasks
• Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of different data sources and transaction applications
