IT Software Manager

hidesit, a leading 5G and Telecommunications Technology company in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an IT Software Manager to join our dynamic team. As an IT Software Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and implementation of software solutions to drive our technological advancements and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the software development team in designing, coding, and testing software applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Manage software projects from planning to execution and ensure timely delivery within budget.

- Identify and address technical issues to improve software performance and reliability.

- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to recommend enhancements and upgrades.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members for professional development.

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in software development and project management.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a technical team.

- Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.

- Familiarity with database management systems and cloud computing technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

- Experience in developing mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
