Ensure on-time contract renewal to avoid service interruptions.
Customer Communication
Serve as the point of contact for basic renewal-related queries.
Work with customers to address pricing contract terms or minor concerns.
Cross-functional Coordination
Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on renewal terms and timelines.
Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate records in ERP/ CRM (like MS CRM/ Inhouse Systems).
Report on renewal pipeline closed renewals and churn metrics.
Maintain and Update the renewal data in Internal Tool
Vendor Management
Work along with OEM and Distribution team as and when required
Upfront Renewal tracking with Partner and Submission along with Sales team part
Strong Communication Skills Tool understanding likes of Microsoft CRM/ MS Office Good Team Player
