- Should be able to read and analyze syslogs and other TC related log files.
- SQL understanding for read/write Queries and Splunk.
- Teamcenter modules like Workflow Reviewer, Structure Manager, Manufacturing Process Planner etc. for reviewing user issues.
- Use of Siemens Journal Workbench (for Jnl, Har files) to track performance issues.
- Basic know how of Polarion and ServiceNow.
- RCA Documentation and work with Development teams to provide solutions.
- Knowledge of Linux.
- Ability to read/write server-side customization.
