Responsible for planning, supervision, maintenance and preventive maintenance program of IT Equipment.
Analyze and demonstrate solid knowledge of all IT systems.
Coordinate with contractors for any technical issues beyond control
Management of network, server, backup and IT related Infrastructure
Management of firewalls, remote desktop and related security systems.
Maintenance of licensing and inventory records for software and hardware
Complete PC set up and deployment for new colleagues using standard hardware, images and software.
