IT Solution Architect

Your expertise

• proven, hands on development background, utilizing an object orientated language (C#, Java, C++) and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• experience in thought leadership through the development lifecycle, including the coaching and mentoring of development teams
• multi-year, real world (‘hands on’) experience of agile, including Scrum and Kanban and the real-world application from prioritization through to delivery
• experience of the design and implementation of: Service/Micro-Service architectures, event-based architectures, loosely coupled systems and re-usable components, system and enterprise architecture
• clear experience, ideally over a number of years, in a trading-based organization (hedge fund, asset manager, investment bank) – with knowledge of financial instruments and terminology
• wide-reaching interest and knowledge of technology and its practical use, including legacy languages and patterns, and current/future state languages, technologies and patterns
• bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or math, engineering or a related field
