Job Summary
A fast-growing manufacturing organization in Dubai is looking for a visionary Head of IT to lead its next phase of digital transformation across multiple sites in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
This is a high-impact leadership role for an IT professional who understands that technology should do more than support the business it should drive factory-floor efficiency automation and real-time decision-making. Reporting directly to the COO you will take ownership of cloud migration ERP optimization site connectivity and the integration of IT with manufacturing operations.

Key focus areas
- Integrating IT with production operations through IoT automation and shop-floor tracking.
- Maximizing the value of a cloud ERP system ideally Epicor to improve inventory visibility and manufacturing analytics.
- Migrating on-prem servers storage and PABX infrastructure to secure cloud platforms.
- Establishing a plug-and-play IT setup for fast deployment at multiple project sites.
- Leading a lean team and working closely with vendors to deliver strong outcomes efficiently.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 8 years of IT leadership experience in manufacturing heavy industry or fast-paced logistics.
- Strong exposure to shop-floor technology including ERP integration barcode/RFID solutions and automated reporting.
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience with SD-WAN networking for remote sites and modern VoIP/UCaaS solutions.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to prevent downtime solve bottlenecks early and drive change confidently.
