IT Integration Leader

Education and experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field. The job may require a graduate degree such as a master's.
At least 7-10 years of practical experience in the IT field, including at least 3-5 years in a technical leadership role.
Leadership skills:

Proven leadership ability, team mentoring skills and effective technical project management.
Ability to motivate and motivate the team and direct it towards achieving the strategic goals of the IT department.
Technical knowledge:

A deep understanding of the technology infrastructure, systems and applications used within the organization.
Extensive knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in the field of information technology and the ability to apply them effectively.
