- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the People Systems ecosystem, with a strong focus on Workday.
- Experience with leading and managing 2-3 merit cycles.
- Experience in Workday Core HR & fundamentals, Compensation, Advance Compensation, and Compensation Planning.
- Technical expertise in Workday Reporting, Workday Calculated Fields, and Workday Enterprise Interface Builder.
