Job Description
• Act as administrator for private networks on cloud - Azure and AWS; and software such as - MS SQL server, MySQL, Oracle IIS, FTP, SSH and Apache Tomcat
• Support local or remote users on technical issues, software updates, solve tickets for incidents and provide technical support to business users regarding market software tools and custom developed systems in the organization
• Define and implement data protection, back up and security measures to protect the data and information of the company in case of contingency or unauthorized access attempts
• Ensure the availability and performance of internet access servers, corporate applications, network and printing services, and desktop applications for eligible employees
