IT Coordinator

• Mange, maintain & monitor the IT helpdesk activity.
• Develop & maintain IT performance dashboards & reports.
• IT department administration activities.
• Coordinate all department correspondences, documents, contracts, and completions certificates, signed off, and archive them on digital as well as physical copies.
• In liaison with project managers and stakeholders, create a project schedule, with milestones, due dates, and estimates for those materials that are required and other resources, such as team members, which will then be submitted to management for approval.
• Manage online presence on social media & websites.
• Manage meetings, calendars, and correspondence.

Required Skills:

• Must have experience with IT helpdesk operation.
• Must have experience with dashboards, slides & report tools.
• Experience in administrative operations with excellent communication and time management skills.
• Social media management skills.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Higher relevant qualification in Information Technology.
• Must have ITIL Foundation and other relevant Technical certifications.
• 3-4 years’ experience in Information Technology industry.
