Job Description

- Handling of overall ITAM policies and procedures
- Maintaining the inventory tracking system and processes
- Maintaining updated records of all relevant contracts
- Vendor database management and reporting
- Supervise Onsite Physical Verification of IT Assets
- Liaising with Service Desk/Field Support team Assets details update
- Coordination with vendors for equipment warranty repairs/follow up on delivery of equipment sent for repair/replacement.
- Assets Repository Management
- Coordinate collecting details of all IT assets procured from project managers, procurement, vendors and updating Asset registrar following support from Ivanti Support Manager.
- Coordinating installations, moves, additions, changes and removals of IT Asset service requests and updating IT Asset data base accordingly.
