Job Summary
1. Campaign Development & Execution
Plan and implement multichannel marketing campaigns (social media email online ads and offline events).
Ensure all marketing initiatives align with the brand s image and target audience.
2. Digital Marketing
Manage company social media platforms (Instagram LinkedIn Facebook TikTok etc.).
Create schedule and analyze engaging content to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Run paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
3. Event Management
Organize and support real estate exhibitions roadshows and promotional events.
Liaise with developers partners and suppliers for event coordination and logistics.
4. Market Research & Reporting
Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and client preferences.
Generate reports on campaigns performance and suggest improvements
5. Brand Development
Support the development of personal branding for agents through marketing content.
Maintain brand consistency in all communications and materials
What We re Looking For
- Master s degree in marketing or related field.
- 5 years of marketing management experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate sector
- Proven track record in successful marketing campaigns and lead generation
- Strong digital and traditional marketing expertise
- Excellent leadership communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools
