About The Candidate
- Experienced qualified insurance/ insurance distribution lawyer with minimum eight (8) years of post-qualification experience;
- In-house experience (in financial services industry preferably);
- Experience dealing with relevant regulators desirable;
- Strong European insurance distribution knowledge, and ability to apply it to business products and processes;
- Strong commercial contract and distribution agreement drafting and negotiation experience;
