We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Injection Molding Engineer in Dubai. Our client is a reputed organization in the Manufacturing Plastics / Injection Molding sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and set up injection molding machines for production.
- Optimize molding parameters to achieve quality production.
- Troubleshoot molding defects and machine issues.
- Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams.
- Maintain production records and process documentation.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Injection molding machine setup and operation.
- Polymer and plastic material knowledge.
- Troubleshooting molding defects.
- Process parameter optimization.
- Quality inspection and production monitoring.
Preferred Skills
- Mold maintenance knowledge.

Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should possess experience in injection molding machine operation process setup and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment. Typical experience for this role is 37 years in plastics or polymer manufacturing.
Education
- Minimum: B.E./ or Diploma in Mechanical Polymer Plastic or Production Engineering (Typical)
- Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- Additional Certifications: Injection Molding / Polymer Processing certifications (Typical)
Required Skills:
Qualification: Any Degree / ITI / Diploma Age: 2023 years or 3540 years Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license Willingness to travel and relocate to other states
