-Assist in ensuring the proper delivery of initiatives through ensuring effective coordination and communication between the stakeholders and effective and timely deliverables.
-Support in preparing regular reports related to LCGPA strategic Initiatives for the top management.
-Support in the development of LCGPA overall initiatives, translation of strategic objectives into an annual operational plan, and monitoring of LCGPA’s performance on pre-established parameters.
