Influencer Marketing Manager

• Develop and refine pitching strategies for influencer outreach.
• Manage the entire influencer collaboration cycle: strategy campaign planning briefing execution and reporting.
• Manage issues as they arise and lead on problem solving across client campaigns guiding junior team members to ensure positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Creator Growth and Finance developing proposals and strategies to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
• Maintain and expand our influencer network including database management and driving sign ups to AnyCreator app/platform.
• Develop and grow relationships with key talent agencies across MENA region.
• Negotiate with influencers to ensure competitive rates are offered to clients.
• Track and report on campaign performance focusing on key metrics such as engagement reach and ROI.
• Utilize AnyTag platform to manage campaign workflows track performance and optimize results.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing.

• Bachelors degree in marketing Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience in Influencer Marketing with experience managing a team.
• Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms influencer marketing and the data and social statistics behind it to demonstrate campaign success.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex influencer campaigns from strategy to reporting.
• Strong sense of ownership towards driving execution and contributing to AnyMind Groups growth.
• Exceptional personal relationships with key influencers across MENA region.
• Ability to think outside the box and create innovative campaigns strategies.
• Strong negotiation storytelling and communication skills.
• Fluency in verbal and written English and Arabic communication skills
