- Ensure proper Corporate Governance and oversee compliance with Authority Matrix and other policies and procedures. Advise management on legal structure of transactions. Prepare memorandum and Articles of Associations, Board resolutions, Shareholders resolution and related documents. Draft, review and negotiate various types of corporate and commercial contracts such as NDA's, joint ventures, MOU's, real estate contracts, sale and purchase agreements, licensing agreements, banking agreements, labor contracts, leaseetc. Corporate matters such as M&A's, establishing new companies.
