Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify new leads through phone calls networking referrals and digital channels.
Conduct consultations with prospective clients to assess their immigration needs and objectives.
Present our immigration services professionally and confidently converting inquiries into successful sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships through timely follow-ups and excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and sales activities.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless client experience.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the companys continued growth.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales business development or customer service (experience in immigration consultancy is an advantage).
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are highly desirable.
Self-motivated organized and results-oriented.
