HVAC Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our MEP team at Mtec Electromechanical Works LLC in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems in various residential, commercial, and industrial projects while ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.

- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.

- Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks.

- Diagnose issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed.

Requirements & Skills:

- 3-12 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.

- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and components.

- Familiarity with relevant tools and diagnostic devices.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Valid HVAC technician certification or license.

- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with smart HVAC technologies.

- OSHA certification is a plus.
