Job Description As an HR Recruiter at Union Square House you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent to support our companys growth. You will play a crucial role in identifying engaging and recruiting skilled professionals who align with our company values and objectives. Your expertise in recruitment As an HR Recruiter at Union Square House you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top strategies candidate evaluation and relationship building will be in shaping our workforce. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions. Source identify and engage potential candidates through various channels including online job portals social media networking events and referrals Conduct initial screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills qualifications and cultural fits Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates keeping them informed about the status of their application. Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand departmental needs and workforce planning. Collaborate with HR colleagues to streamline onboarding processes and ensure a seamless transition for new hires. Ensure compliance with local labor laws regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Prepare offer letters contracts and other necessary documentation for successful candidates. Stay updated on industry best practices recruitment trends and innovative sourcing techniques.

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelors degree in human resource business administration or a related field. Proven experience of 510yrs as a recruiter preferably in a real estate industry. Strong knowledge of recruitment methods tools and best practices. Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit accurately. Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
