- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or any related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM or HRCI) is a plus.
- Previous experience in HR roles, preferably within the Oil and Gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to the Oil and Gas sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English & Arabic.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools for payroll, benefits administration, and talent management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- High ethical standards and discretion in handling sensitive employee information.
