Requirements
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources or Management.
- Minimal 2-5 years in HR roles
- Understand basic employment laws and regulations.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Be able to tackle issues and make decisions.
- Experience in the hiring process and employee engagement is a plus.
- Keep things in order; from records to events.
- Comfortable using HR software and systems.
- Handle confidential info with integrity.
