Responsibilities:
- Prepare and dispense medications according to physician orders and medication profiles, under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Maintain an accurate and organized drug inventory, including receiving, stocking, and ordering medications as needed.
- Process medication orders and billing information using computer systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including following proper infection control and safety procedures.
Alternate Titles: Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT), Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT), Licensed Pharmacy Technician (LPhT), Pharmacy Technician Specialist.
Requirements
- Must have omnicell implementation experience
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
