Day to Day:
- Reporting to HR manager that sits in remote locations and operations manager that sits in the your building
- Weekly leadership meetings with supervising team and operations Manager
- Heavily supporting and training production supervisors in explain payroll, ot, timesheets, etc
- Working within benefits, new hire orientation, yearly open enrollment program, recruiting and partnering with local entities for marketing
- Working with the office admin, delegating HR tasks and training
