One of our prestigious clients is looking to hire a Human Resources Specialist In the Hospitality Industry who will be responsible for but not limited to:

Job Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Human Resources Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment employee relations performance management training and development and HR administraton. The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the companys HR strategies and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibiliites:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
Coordinate the recruitment process including job postings screening resumes conducting interviews and making job offers.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires including orientation sessions and completing necessary documentation.

2. Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns providing guidance and support as needed.

Address employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner working towards resolution and maintaining postive employee relations.

3. Performance Management:
Implement and administer performance appraisal processes to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.

Work closely with managers to develop performance improvement plans and support employee development initiatives.

4. HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records including personal information attendance and leave records.

Prepare and process HRrelated documentation such as employment contracts letters and reports.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in the UAE preferably in a similar role.
Indepth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.

This is a fulltime position based in the UAE.
