Job Summary
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer to implement and monitor health safety and environmental practices at construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations company policies and project requirements while promoting a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor HSE policies procedures and safety plans on site.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe practices.
Ensure compliance with UAE health safety and environmental regulations.
Conduct toolbox talks safety inductions and awareness training for workers.
Monitor work permits risk assessments and method statement compliance.
Investigate incidents accidents and near misses and prepare reports.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment by all site personnel.
Coordinate with project teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain HSE records inspection reports and safety documentation.
Monitor emergency procedures and ensure site readiness.
Conduct safety audits and follow up on safety observations.
Promote a strong safety culture across the project.
Requirements
Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Occupational Health & Safety Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as HSE Officer in construction projects.
Experience in high-rise buildings residential and villa projects preferred.
Knowledge of UAE construction safety standards and regulations.
NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certification is preferred.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Ability to conduct safety training and site inspections.
UAE construction experience is an advantage.

Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 12 years of experience in construction project management. Strong experience with high-rise buildings residential and villa projects. Proven experience working with main contracting companies in Dubai/UAE. Strong knowledge of construction processes project controls and UAE regulations. Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple project teams and deliver projects successfully. Interested candidates can share their updated CVs.
