Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with applicable HSE standards regulations and project requirements.
  • Review and assess contractors OHS plans Risk Assessments and Method Statements for adequacy and compliance.
  • Monitor the implementation of HSE procedures and ensure corrective actions are taken where necessary.
  • Participate in incident and accident investigations including root cause analysis and preparation of detailed reports.
  • Conduct HSE audits and inspections to evaluate contractor performance and adherence to ISO 45001 requirements.
  • Provide HSE training toolbox talks and awareness sessions to promote a proactive safety culture.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure continual improvement in HSE performance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports in line with ADOSH and company requirements.


Key Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an HSE Practictioner / Officer / Inpsector with a Supervision Consultant.
    • Successfully completed the Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety and Health (ADOSH-SF) Practitioner Course with Grade B registration or higher or equivalent OSH practitioner approval.
    • Certified in NEBOSH IGC (Level 3) or above.
    • Qualified ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.
    • Proven experience in reviewing OHS plans risk assessments method statements accident investigations and audits.
    • Membership in professional HSE bodies (e.g. IOSH IIRSM) is preferred.
    • Strong analytical communication and reporting skills.
