HR Transformation Consultant 6-12 months contract

Duration: 612 months fixedterm contract

This role will require travel between UAE and KSA from time to time.

Consultz is a boutique HR Project Management & services company. We partner with clients across the region to implement their HR strategies and solutions that optimize human capital and drive business success.

We are seeking an experienced HR Transformation Consultant for a new project. The Consultant will lead and execute transformative HR initiatives for our client who is based in UAE and KSA. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of HR processes and practices coupled with proven experience in driving organizational change and implementing strategic HR programs. This role involves collaborating closely with our client in both regions UAE and KSA to assess their HR needs develop tailored transformation plans and guide them through implementation to achieve desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our clients HR teams based in the UAE and KSA to assess their current HR landscape identify pain points and devise comprehensive HR transformation roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.
  
• Lead the design and implementation of transformative HR programs and initiatives such as organizational redesign talent management workforce planning and employee engagement.
  
• Conduct stakeholder interviews workshops and assessments to gather insights and build consensus around transformation priorities goals and success metrics.
  
• Develop and deliver executivelevel presentations and recommendations to communicate the business case for HR transformation and gain buyin from key stakeholders in the company.
  
• Provide expert guidance and support throughout the transformation journey including change management communication planning and stakeholder engagement strategies tailored to the UAE and KSA contexts.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and integration of HR transformation efforts with broader organizational goals and initiatives in the UAE and KSA.
  
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR transformation initiatives measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular progress updates and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Organizational Development or related field. Masters degree or relevant certification (e.g. SHRMSCP Prosci) is preferred.
  
• Proven experience in HR transformation consulting with a minimum of 10 years of experience leading largescale HR transformation projects for clients across diverse industries.
  
• Deep expertise in HR functional areas including talent management organizational design change management HR technology and employee experience.
  
• Strong consulting skills including the ability to build rapport with clients facilitate workshops and influence decisionmaking in the UAE and KSA contexts.
  
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to develop project plans manage resources and drive results within established timelines and budgets.
  
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner to diverse audiences.
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyze data identify trends and insights and make datadriven recommendations for HR transformation initiatives.
