About the Role

The HR Specialist is the face of HR to employees and managers providing employee support HR subject matter expertise and execution of HR operations while delivering a consistent and exceptional employee experience. This role will manage critical employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding hiring job change etc. and will serve as first point of contact for HR related questions by responding to incoming emails etc. This role can work independently and as part of a team escalating issues when necessary; will support global employee base while simultaneously supporting local/regional tasks in the EMEA/APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding offboarding processing of compensation changes transfers/talent movement mobility timeoff and leave and other responsibilities related to employee administration.
  • Answer questions (e.g. policy process transaction etc.) address issues and effectively manage escalations as it relates to these areas.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert providing guidance and direction to employees managers etc. on a wide variety of HR processes policies and tools.
  • Take ownership of inquiries ensuring accurate prompt and consistent resolution. Escalate or transition requests as needed to proper channels ensure warm handoff and exceptional employee experience.
  • Collaborate and partner with internal stakeholders to identify recommend and implement continuous process improvements that will enhance our operations and employee experience.
  • Maintain a high level of data integrity by conducting system wide audits perform root cause analysis and proactively addresses data discrepancies.
  • Ensure legal compliance by managing and implementing applicable policy and process revisions supporting HR employment audits and completing any required government reporting.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • English language required.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and document management.
  • Knowledge of HR laws regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
