HR Specialist

One of our clients is a leading real estate agency located in Dubai are looking for a HR Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping their brand narrative and engage with the audience through compelling content. Your key responsibilities will be:

• Lead recruitment attracting and hiring qualified professionals for real estate positions.
  
• Develop and implement seamless onboarding programs for new hires.
  
• Foster positivity by addressing concerns conflicts and facilitating effective communication.
  
• Develop and update HR policies ensuring legal compliance and industry standards.
  
• Oversee performance appraisals providing guidance on goalsetting and professional development.
  
• Identify and coordinate training programs to enhance skills within the agency s workforce.
  
• Manage the compensation and benefits ensuring competitiveness and satisfaction.
  
• Implement initiatives for engagement including teambuilding recognition and feedback.
  
• Mediate and resolve conflicts promoting a harmonious work environment.
  
• Stay updated on employment laws ensuring adherence to legal standards.
  
• Promote initiatives for an equitable workplace.
  
• Develop plans for a talent pipeline in key roles.
  
• Implement wellness programs to support health and wellbeing.
  
• Maintain accurate HR records and utilize data for analysis and reporting.
  
• Serve as a trusted advisor to management providing strategic HR guidance.
  

Requirements

To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE.
  
• Be educated to degree level.
  
• Be fluent in English along with your native language either Russian Italian French German Chinese Arabic or Indian.
  
• UAE Driving License preferred.
  
• Be capable of growing a solid social media presence.
