Your Role

Mission

To support the HR Manager and HR Mangers in other entities hosting our employees in setting up full Human Resource functionality for Atlas Copco ITBA CC in the region to ensure necessary internal controls are in place.

Job Description

Assisting in rolling out defined aspects of the HR strategy and be the first point of contact for HRrelated queries from employees and external partners.

• Supporting Line Managers to ensure that all staff appraisals are conducted and all training needs identified and followed up on.

• Support People Management reporting.

• Advise Line Managers on HR related matters pertaining to polices process etc.

• Assist with administrative functions (including recruitment terminations onboarding medical & insurances Leave Management)

• Ensure that all employee records and documents are up to date.

To succeed you will need

• Experience of HR and HR administrative tasks is required and basic knowledge in UAE labor law and people management processes is an advantage.

• Computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS office.

• Customer service orientated

• Proactive innovative and energetic

• Strong organizational administration and cocoordinating skills

• Self managed (Lead Myself) confident and good communicator.

• Able to work under pressure and at all levels

• Must be a collaborative team player

• Takes initiative and has a sense of urgency.

Educational requirements

• University Degree

• Fluent in English Language
