HR Operations Manager

Dream Communication System LLC, a leading company in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking an HR Operations Manager to oversee our HR functions. As the HR Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department, contributing to our overall organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.

- Coordinate performance management activities and provide guidance on employee relations issues.

- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration for all employees.

- Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy in HR systems.

- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and assist in recruitment efforts.

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

- Proven experience in HR operations, with a deep understanding of HR processes and best practices.

- Familiarity with HR software applications and proficiency in MS Office.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is preferred.
