Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Senior Service Designer (Strategic Planning) to join their team.
The Senior Service Designer is responsible for driving human-centred design and innovation practices across shared services including discovery workshops, interview facilitation, user research and story mapping to support the development of organisation-wide design capabilities to continue to progress customer-centric service design, delivery, and improvement.
Working closely with the Lead Service Designer, this role manages cross agency and external stakeholder input to inform pilot design and evaluation.

2. Ideally someone who has existing experience working in the department and has existing networks they can build on to support the delivery.
WFH Flexibility, the team is currently in the office 1 day a week (could be subject to change)
On offer is a 6-month contract at a highly sought after NSW Government Organisation, with a highly competitive daily rate
