- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record (6+ years) spanning diverse HR functions within UAE-based entities.
- Profound knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR regulations.
- Demonstrated prowess in process refinement, organizational development, and strategic HR orchestration.
- Exceptional interpersonal aptitude, capable of fostering collaboration across all echelons.
- Innate problem-solving acumen coupled with analytical dexterity.
- Adeptness in HR software and systems.
- Professional HR certification
- Consulting/construction experience desired
- *Must speak Arabic
