Job Description

  • UAE Labour law knowledge
  • Well verse with UAE Central Bank regulations pertaining to HR
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Presentation , Planning & organizing skills
  • Conflict Management Skills
  • 5+ years working experience in the similar profile in UAE.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor HR policies and procedures across the organization in coordination with the Management and review its effectiveness.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Organize a comprehensive new employee orientation and engage new staff onboarding.
  • Monitors the staff probation.
  • Responsible for employee engagements.
  • Maintain the organization structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Identify training and development needs and arrange trainings accordingly.
  • Responsible for arranging Central Bank Mandatory trainings.
  • Monitors the Emiratization requirements and ensure the Company is meeting the regulatory requirements.
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Overseeing staff attendance and absence monitoring.
  • Providing detailed HR reports to the Management.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues and nurture a positive working environment
  • Ensure Company is meeting HR standards in terms of the existing UAE Labour law.
  • Handles workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
  • Reviewing succession planning of staff.
  • Responsible for payroll processing
  • Monitors Performance appraisal for the employees.
