Implement disciplinary procedures when necessary ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.

Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Ensure consistent application of policies across the organization.
Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and provide guidance on compliance.
Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
Handle legal matters related to employment such as discrimination claims or labor disputes.
Work with legal counsel as needed to address legal issues and mitigate risks.
Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and leave policies.
Assist employees with benefitsrelated questions and issues.
Evaluate and recommend changes to benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and costeffectiveness.
Administering the performance management system to maintain data accuracy and track key metrics
Collaborating with your colleagues to help execute the People & Culture strategy share knowledge and best practices.
Promoting and supporting the firm s employer brand in all activities within the firm and externally.
Requirements
Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
8 years of experience in HR roles with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.
Strong knowledge of UAE employment laws and regulations.
Certification in HR (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus
Five (5) or more years of experience designing web pages using HTML and CSS Five (5) or more years of general Graphic Design experience using Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator Five (5) or more years of experience with JavaScript Four (4) or more years of experience with jQuery Experience in designing sites for a mobile environment Experience in Adobe Dreamweaver Experience testing websites with multiple browsers and device specifications Experience preparing briefings and status reports for management Academics & Other qualifications BSc/BA in computer science or relevant field; Master's degree preferred
