Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Talent management acquisition and retention

  • Salary benchmarking
  • Managing staff training and development
  • Performance review management
  • Staff support
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
  • Training counseling and coaching our staff.
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Creating clear and concise reports.
  • Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
  • Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Handling workplace investigations disciplinary and termination procedures.
  • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
  • Leading a team of junior human resource administrators.

HR Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources management or equivalent.
  • experience of 3 7 years in human resources including experience in manufacturing or a related industry field mandatory
  • Familiarity with the manufacturing industry its specific challenges and regulations is important.
  • Experience in conflict resolution disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
  • Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively managing employee relations negotiations and communication with management.
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office applications such as Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
