HR Generalist

Position: Human Resource (HR) Generalist

Location: Dubai UAE (Deira)

About our client:

Join our clients dynamic team as an HR Generalist and play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of a renowned business setup company in Dubai. The current team consists of a small team of 15 people which will grow to 30 people in the next few months.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources Psychology or related field with HR professional accreditation preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of HR experience in the UAE with a deep understanding of Dubai labor laws visa processes and employment regulations.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English is a must Arabic is highly preferable
• Proven talent management and HR operations expertise with a strong analytical ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to develop HR strategies manage projects and analyze recruitment processes and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement HR initiatives ensuring compliance with UAE employment law and internal policies.
• Strengthen stakeholder relationships manage HR databases and oversee the full employee lifecycle from hiring to offboarding.
• Coordinate departmental and corporate events maintain schedules and support the CEO with data analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Drive improvements in HR practices ensuring efficient and effective support for achieving business goals and maintaining legal compliance.
