Comfortable with OT when needed Job Details Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process,
- including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including timecards, payroll, and benefits information. Create and maintain HR reports and metrics to track employee performance and identify areas for improvement. Perform various administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and answering employee inquiries. Manage the company's social media presence and assist with employee engagement initiatives. Attend job fairs and other recruiting events to promote the company and attract top talent. Provide HR support to managers and employees, including coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations. Qualifications Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish Bachelor's degree in Human
- Resources or related field. 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role. Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
