Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and legal requirements.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Support performance management processes by providing guidance to managers and employees, conducting performance reviews, and implementing performance improvement plans.
