Job Description

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee data and files across HR and payroll systems.
  • Produce routine and ad-hoc MI reports (FTE reporting, absence, employee turnover).
  • Manage new starter processes, including offers and contracts
  • Actively engage in the ongoing iTrent project.
  • Provide advice to managers on routine ER issues and contribute to the development of HR policies.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team on ad-hoc projects, recruitment campaigns, and plans for attraction and retention.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous HR generalist experience, ideally in an operational setting.
  • Essential experience with iTrent, HR systems, and processes.
  • Basic employment law knowledge.
  • IT skills (e.g., Word, Excel).
  • Payroll understanding (desirable).
  • CIPD or HR qualification (desirable).
