University degree in a related field such as Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or equivalent.
Deep knowledge of human resources management concepts and best practices in this field.
Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and interpret financial data and related reports.
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to deal with complex situations and make difficult decisions effectively.
