- Lead production optimization solutions for existing producing wells and future development areas.
- Develop innovative and effective plunger lift and rod lift designs tailored to unconventional reservoir characteristics. Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize artificial lift systems for various well conditions.
- Oversee the implementation and day-to-day operation of plunger lift and rod lift systems.
- Monitor system performance, analyze data, and make real-time adjustments to ensure optimal production rates.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to artificial lift systems, utilizing in-depth knowledge and experience. Provide rapid response to emergencies that impact lift operations.
